Position 1: Operations Officer

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Finance, or related field (preferred)
  • 1–2 years of experience in operations, customer support, fintech, or banking
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Position 2: Reconciliation Specialist (Merchant Acquisition Focus)

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in reconciliation, payments, or finance operations
  • Experience in fintech or banking is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy

Position 3: Business Development Officer

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 0–1 year of experience (internships are a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of motivation and willingness to learn
  • Interest in fintech, banking, or digital financial services.

Position 4: Finance Manager

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience (preferably in fintech or banking)
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis
  • Experience with financial systems and tools
  • High attention to detail and strong leadership skills.
