It is the designated postal operator (DPO) that provides postal services throughout the Ethiopian territory in order to fulfill the government’s universal service obligation (USO).

Job Requirements & Description
Position 1: Junior Office of Exchange Officer
Qualifications:
- BA/BSC Degree or Diploma With 0 years of experience
Responsibilities:
- Executes an air and land inventory plan, prepares inventory sheets accordingly, and monitors them for correction as necessary.
- Prepares and presents the travel schedule of hygiene incoming messages and ensures that it is implemented.
- Prepares an exchange list of air and land messages, considering speed, reliability, and cost, and ensures that it is implemented.
- Monitors the proper handling of the canvases, and in this regard, investigates and investigates inquiries from various countries to ensure that they receive appropriate answers at the right time.
- Confirms the number and weight of overland mail messages arriving from foreign countries are consolidated and transferred to the International Accounts Department.
- Provide guidance and support to exchange function participants before, during, and after their placements.
Position 2: AMU Supervisor
Qualifications:
- BA/BSC with 3 years of experience
Responsibilities:
- Communicating and facilitating with stakeholders on the provision of services, demonstrating attention to detail, and providing excellent service.
- Demonstrating outstanding teamwork abilities, collaborating well with other staff for smooth AMU services to provide to the client.
- Coordinating the lifecycle of the services fulfillment processes, dispatching items promptly and precisely to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the AMU services teams, enabling improved service delivery efficiency.
Position 3: Motorist
Qualifications:
- College Diploma + TVET level IV with 0 years of experience or TVET level III with 2 years of experience or TVET level II with 4 years of experience or for Delivery Fleet (motorists & drivers) secondary education + 4 years of motorist experience and TVET level II + 2 years of experience as a motorist
Responsibilities:
- Keeps the motorbike in a good state/condition and is responsible for regular checks up based on the description of the log sheet.
- Checks daily schedule assignments and makes sure that the motorbike is ready before departure time.
- Responsible for the daily maintenance of the motorbike and inform his/her supervisor for repair or maintenance on time if necessary.
- Responsible for loading and unloading materials to/from the motorbike as per the manufacturer’s carrying capacity.
- Make sure that there is enough petrol/diesel in the motorbike and keeps it neat and clean.
- Takes care of accurate records of fuel consumption and log sheet.
- Reports to the office immediately if there are problems with the motorbike like a traffic accident, technical failure, theft, etc.
- Rides the motorbike according to the drivers’ regulations as per the HR procedure Manual.
- Informed about all regulations regarding security and current security situations and must be proactive regarding safety and security issues.
