Job Requirements & Description
Job Position 1 – Logistics Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, or related field of study.
Experience: Fresh graduate or 0–1 year relevant experience (preferred).
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics activities and assist with day-to-day transport operations.
- Communicate with customers professionally to provide updates and resolve simple inquiries.
- Handle customer requests through email and ensure timely responses.
- Assist with monitoring shipment status and related documentation (as assigned).
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications and logistics updates.
- Support transportation planning and follow up on delivery schedules.
- Work independently and report progress to the logistics/operations team.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong written communication skills, especially email writing.
- Good customer service attitude and confidence when communicating with clients.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently with minimal supervision.
Job Position 2 – Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, or related field of study.
Experience: Fresh graduate (0–1 year). Internship experience is preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities
Accounting Support
- Assist with daily accounting tasks (data entry and document handling).
- Support preparation and filing of invoices, receipts, and payment documents.
- Help track and record logistics-related costs (as assigned).
- Assist in checking documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Support monthly/weekly reports (as required).
Logistics Operations Support
- Support routine logistics activities such as coordination and follow-up.
- Assist with monitoring transport schedules and delivery progress (as assigned).
- Maintain basic records of shipments, documents, and operation updates.
- Communicate operational updates professionally, including through email (good email writing).
General / Administrative Support
- Work independently to complete assigned tasks on time.
- Support the logistics and finance team with documentation and reporting.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Skills & Competencies
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles (documentation, invoicing, receipts).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to use email professionally and communicate clearly.
