Job Requirements & Description
Job Position-1: Head Pharmacist
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with five (5) years of experience of which two (2) years are at supervisory position.
Specialist experience in pharmaceuticals retail business is desirable.
Professional license is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Coordinate necessary arrangements to obtain drugs needed in the Pharmacy.
- Check for proper storage of medicines, follow up inventory levels and release purchase orders.
- Check for proper shelving of medicines based on their sensitivity to light, expiry date, pace of movement and regulatory requirements.
- Enforce compliance with all regional and federal laws, company policies and procedures, and regarding the licenses of the Pharmacy personnel.
- Follow up inventory levels and protect overall losses and discrepancies and expiry in the inventory.
- Maintain good business relations with internal and external customer and widen customer base through strong relationships.
- Coordinate Pharmacy schedule; direct and monitor Pharmacy personnel and performance by providing ongoing and constructive feedback, training, and evaluations.
- Evaluate the periodic performance of his/her subordinates.
- Manage staff by maintaining effective employee relations according to company policies and employment laws and ensure relevant Human Resources (HR) procedures are followed.

Job Position-2: Assistant Pharmacist
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Degree in Clinical pharmacy, pharmacy.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
