Job Requirements & Description
Required Qualification and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of:
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- BOQ preparation
- Site supervision
- Strong proficiency in required software tools and proven hands-on experience in construction and site work is strictly mandatory
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in both design and site execution
- Knowledge of local building regulations and standards
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Good knowledge of 3D modeling and preparation is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed drawings and plans using AutoCAD and Revit
- Assist in project design, planning, and execution
- Prepare and review BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
- Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress
- Ensure all work complies with drawings, specifications, and standards
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders
- Maintain accurate project documentation
- Monitor project timelines and report progress updates
- Identify and resolve technical issues on-site
- Assist in material selection and cost estimation
- Ensure health and safety standards are followed on-site
- Prepare reports and documentation for project updates
