Position 1: Customer Service Manager

Job Summary:
Walta Technology PLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead the customer service team across Addis Ababa and branch offices. The role focuses on strategy development, team leadership, and ensuring high-quality customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer service strategies
  • Lead, train, and supervise the customer service team
  • Handle escalated customer issues and complaints
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Monitor and analyze service performance metrics
  • Implement customer feedback systems
  • Collaborate with internal departments
  • Ensure compliance with company policies
  • Stay updated on industry trends
  • Prepare performance reports

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Master’s Degree is an advantage

Experience:

  • Minimum 6 years in customer service
  • At least 3 years in a managerial role
