Job Position: Finance Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred)
Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including supervision of junior staff
Solid understanding of IFRS, GAAP, and Ethiopian regulatory requirements
Proven experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, cash management, budgeting, and forecasting
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Leadership and ability to supervise, mentor, and train staff
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
