Job Requirements & Description
Required Qualification and Experience
- Proven experience teaching English as a second/foreign language
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods for different age groups and proficiency levels
- Strong organizational and classroom management skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with online teaching platforms
- Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies (e.g., communicative approach)
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse student groups
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality English language lessons aligned with the center’s curriculum
- Assess students’ language proficiency and tailor lessons to meet individual learning needs
- Create a positive, interactive, and inclusive classroom environment
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Prepare and administer tests, quizzes, and assignments
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and performance reports
- Use a variety of teaching methods, materials, and digital tools to enhance learning
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities
- Support students in achieving their academic and personal language goals
