Job Requirements & Description
Job Position- 1: Junior Accountant
Education: BA in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience: 0–2 Years of relevant accounting experience
Certification: Professional certification is an advantage
Minimum CGPA of 3.0 and above
Must have passed the national exit exam
For fresh graduates: must have graduated in 2016 E.C or later
Job Position- 2: Junior Customer Support Officer
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Experience: 0–2 Years of experience in customer support or call centre roles
Certification: Customer service training is an advantage
Minimum CGPA of 3.0 and above
Must have passed the national exit exam
For fresh graduates: must have graduated in 2016 E.C or later.
Job Position- 3: Junior Customer Operation and Partnership Officer
Education: BA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience: 0–2 Years of relevant experience
Certification: Relevant training is an advantage
Minimum CGPA of 3.0 and above
Must have passed the national exit exam
For fresh graduates: must have graduated in 2016 E.C or later.
Job Position- 4: Junior HR and Admin Officer
Education: BA in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: 0–2 Years of relevant experience in HR and administrative roles
Certification: HR-related training is an advantage
Minimum CGPA of 3.0 and above
Must have passed the national exit exam
For fresh graduates: must have graduated in 2016 E.C or later
Job Position- 5: Junior QA Engineer
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or a related field.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in software testing/QA (manual and automated), preferably in fintech, banking, or digital payments.
Certification in QA/software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.
Knowledge: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, performance testing, and load testing.
Job Position- 6: Junior Reconciliation and Compliance Officer
Education: BA in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience: 0–2 Years of relevant experience
Certification: Compliance or finance-related training is an advantage
Minimum CGPA of 3.0 and above
Must have passed the national exit exam
