The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of personnel, goods, and equipment, as well as ensuring vehicles are well-maintained and operated in compliance with safety standards.

Job Requirements & Description
Required Qualification and Experience
- Education: Diploma or above in automotive or related fields, and valid 3rd grade and above driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Experience: At least 4 years of previous driving experience, preferably with a non-governmental organization.
- Speaking the local language is an added advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills, the ability to determine priorities, and attention to detail are a must.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel when needed.
- Understanding safety and security measures.
- Ability to work independently and follow directions.
- Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate company vehicles to transport goods, clients, or employees to designated locations.
- Regular vehicle checks (oil, fluid, cooling, brake fluid, battery levels, etc.)
- Ensure and keep the head of service/main user of the vehicle informed about the needs of regular maintenance (oil change, used parts).
- Ensure regular monitoring of the vehicle parked, especially outside the station area and during maintenance and repair operations.
- Ensure the safety of the vehicles and passengers during travel, with information to the head of mission on the dangers in case of dangerous situations (fatigue, night traffic, very bad weather conditions).
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle that is in good working condition.
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods or equipment as needed.
- Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance, mileage, and delivery schedules.
- Communicate effectively with clients or employees to ensure timely and accurate transportation services.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues with the vehicle to management promptly.
- Park area early warning Community Awareness program.
