✅ Position 1: Marketing Officer
Requirements:
- BA Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and marketing skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing & social media
- Self-driven and target-oriented
Role Purpose:
Develop and execute marketing strategies, promote company services, increase brand awareness, and support sales growth through effective campaigns and customer engagement.
Compensation:
- Gross Salary: 10,000 ETB per month
- Commission: 2% on sales
✅ Position 2: Junior Accountant
Requirements:
- BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience
- Basic accounting knowledge & MS Excel skills
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
Role Purpose:
Assist in managing daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the finance team to ensure compliance and efficient financial operations.
- Gross Salary: Negotiation.
