Job Requirements & Description
Job Position 1: Junior Designer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar tools.
- Experience with 3D modeling and technical drawing.
- Familiarity with CNC machining or sheet metal design is a plus.
Professional Attributes
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Utilize industry-standard design software (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, etc.) to create and modify detailed designs.
Job Position 2: Senior Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields (Master’s degree is an advantage).
Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience. Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred. Prior experience in a supervisory or senior role is an advantage.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Peachtree, or similar).
- Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
