Job Requirements & Description
Job Position- 1: Business Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Master in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field (required).
- Experience: minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in automotive after-sales service, auto workshop, car dealership, customer management, or sales management roles.
- Strong communication, business development, cross-team coordination, and commercial negotiation skills.
- High sense of responsibility, result-oriented mindset, and ability to work under performance pressure.
- Familiarity with workflows of customer reception, relationship maintenance, business expansion, and complaint handling.
- Candidates with existing local customer, fleet, or corporate client resources will be prioritized.

- Analytical: strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Job Position- 2: Accessories Management Specialist
Required Qualification and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Masters in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (required).
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in warehouse management, spare parts management, or automotive repair industry.
- Detail-oriented, honest, and self-disciplined, with strong sense of responsibility and good execution.
- Basic warehouse management and safety awareness.
- Skilled in office software, capable of learning and operating spare parts/inventory management systems quickly, with high sensitivity to data accuracy.
- Familiarity with automotive spare parts categories and functions is a strong advantage.
- Good cross-team communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate effectively with multi-departmental teams.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
