Job Requirements & Description

Position 1: Junior Underwriting Officer

Education Qualification: A minimum of BA, Degree in Management, Accounting and Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, Business Administration or related field of studies from recognized higher learning institution

Work Experience: 1 year experience is required

Special Requirement: Good Competency in MS office

Job Grade: V

Competency Requirements:

  • Excellent Interpersonal Communication skill
  • High Coordination skill and proactive personality
  • Detail Orientation and analytical skill
  • Ability to maintain, improve standards and performance through implementation of good practice.

Place of work: Addis Ababa Branch’s

Position 2: Junior Cashier Accountant

Education Qualification: A minimum of BA, Degree in Accounting and Finance related field of studies from recognized higher learning institution

Work Experience: 1 year experience is required

Special Requirement: Good Competency in MS office

Job Grade: V

Competency Requirements:

  • Excellent Interpersonal Communication skill
  • High Coordination skill and proactive personality
  • Detail Orientation and analytical skill
  • Ability to maintain, improve standards and performance through implementation of good practice.

Position 3: Accountant Ⅰ

Education Qualification: A minimum of BA degree in Accounting & Finance, Accounting from a recognized higher learning institution.

Work Experience: 2 year experience as Accountant

Special Requirement: Good Competency in MS office

Job Grade: VI

Competency Requirements:

  • Excellent Interpersonal Communication skill
  • High Coordination skill and proactive personality
  • Detail Orientation and analytical skill
  • Ability to maintain, improve standards and performance through implementation of good practice.

Position 4: Branch Manager Ⅰ

Education Qualification: A minimum of BA/MA/MSC Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting& Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or related field of studies from a recognized Higher learning institution.

Work Experience: Must have a minimum 6/4 years work experience for BA and Master Degree holders respectively out of which at least 4 year experience for BA holders and 2 year work experience for Master Degree holders in a senior /principal level roles.

Special Requirement: Good Competency in MS office

Competency Requirements:

Work Experience: Must have a minimum of 10/8 years of experience for BA and Master Degree holders respectively out of which at least 7 years’ experience for BA holders and 5 years work experience for Master Degree holders as Division Manager

Special Requirement: Loma Certification and Good Competency in MS office is Required

Job Grade: XIV

Competency Requirements:
