Job Requirements & Description
Job Position-1: Junior Electrical Engineer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering, Control & Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 0–2 years of experience. Fresh graduates with strong academic performance are encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills:
- Solid understanding of electrical circuits, power systems, and basic electrical safety.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite (Excel/Word).
Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a high-temperature, heavy industrial environment.
- Readiness to work in shifts and handle emergency technical breakdowns.

Job Position-2: Electrical Engineer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering, Control & Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3–6 years of experience, ideally in a steel mill or heavy manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills:
- Proven expertise in industrial automation, PLC troubleshooting, and high-voltage power systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite (Excel/Word).
Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a high-temperature, heavy industrial environment.
- Readiness to work in shifts and handle emergency technical breakdowns.
