Job Position 1 – Branch Manager – Grade – I
Required Qualification and Experience:
- Education: BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration or other business related field of study
- Experience: 6 years’ work experience in banking operations, out of which two (2) years in supervisory position
- Place of Work: Mermersa Branch under Dire Dawa District and Chefe Donsa Under Adama District
Job Position 2 – Customer Service Officer-II
Required Qualification and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields
- Experience: No work experience is required. Candidates should be expected to graduate in 2024, 2025, or 2026
- Age: Below 30 years old
- Commutative GPA: For male 3.00 and above and for female 2.75 and above
- Exit Exam Result: 50% and above
- Place of Work: Branches Under A.A City area, Branches under Dire Dawa District, Branches under Hawassa District and Branches under Adama District
