Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: BSc in Medical Laboratory Sciences plus a Master’s degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences, Quality Management, Public Health, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in medical laboratory activities, coordination, and leadership
- Demonstrated strong experience in laboratory quality management and ISO 15189 implementation and accreditation
- Knowledge of internal audits, CAPA processes, and risk management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of internal audits, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and risk management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
