Required Qualifications and Experience
Education: MA/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. An associate degree or equivalent qualification may be acceptable with relevant experience.
Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, ideally in an entry-level accounting or bookkeeping position.
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
