Job Requirements & Description
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: BA Degree in HR Management, Management, Human Resources & Organizational Development, Public Administration or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in training & development, preferably in a microfinance institution, bank, financial services or NGO with microfinance operations.
Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Integrated knowledge and understanding of human resources concepts, practices, systems, and procedures;
- Ability to interact and deal with people;
- Excellent planning, organizational, analytical and decision-making skills;
- Firm belief in teamwork and gender equality;
- Basic computer skills;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse adult learners (field officers with varying education levels).
- Proficiency in training evaluation methods and learning management systems (LMS) or basic e-learning tools is an advantage.
- Direct experience delivering training to field/branch staff in microcredit, group lending, client assessment, or financial inclusion programs is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering adult learning programs in resource-constrained environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in written and spoken English (additional local languages highly desirable).
- High ethical standards, integrity, and commitment to client-centered financial inclusion.
