We are seeking a highly versatile Multi-Skilled IT Support & Systems Engineer with electrical expertise to manage our client’s technical infrastructure. This role combines IT network engineering with electrical installation and field technician responsibilities. You will be responsible for providing periodic preventive maintenance, conducting site surveys, and performing professional installations of security, power, and networking systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, Mac OS), networking, and hardware.
- Electrical Installation: Experience with inverter and solar panel systems is an added advantage.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Documentation: Skilled in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
- Remote Support: Proficiency in tools like ZenDesk, FreshDesk, or similar.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience: No previous work experience is required.
