Required Qualifications and Experience
- Medical Doctor (MD) degree.
- Proven experience in hosting, producing, and editing radio or TV programs.
- Deliver high-quality content consistently and on schedule.
- Take ownership of programs from planning to broadcast and digital publication.
- Maintain professional communication and collaboration with internal teams, media partners, and stakeholders.
- Exercise discretion, integrity, and adherence to ethical standards.
- Demonstrate creativity, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Continuously improve content quality by integrating audience feedback and technological innovations.
- Fluency in Amharic and English (written and spoken).
- Strong technical skills in audio/video editing, graphics, and animation.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and present health-focused radio and digital content.
- Prepare scripts, PSAs, and awareness materials.
- Co-host programs and conduct interviews.
- Provide basic health consultancy and public guidance.
- Support medical tourism content and promotion.
- Manage audience engagement and social media content.
- Collaborate with production teams while maintaining ethical broadcasting standards.
