Job Requirements & Description
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Animation, or a related field.
- Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro is a plus.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles is a plus.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphics Designer, Motion Designer, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, animation, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Organized and capable of managing multiple deadlines effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Design visual content for social media, digital campaigns, print materials, presentations, and branding assets.
- Develop layouts, illustrations, and visual compositions based on creative briefs.
- Create visual identity, style guidelines and ensure all designs comply with brand guidelines and visual standards.
- Prepare final files for digital publishing and print production.
- Support video production by providing visual direction and design assets when needed.
- Assist in incorporating graphics, motion elements, and visual effects into video content.
- Ensure all visual elements meet platform-specific standards and brand guidelines.
- Work closely with content creators, copywriters, and marketing teams to produce cohesive outputs.
- Manage assigned design tasks and deliver outputs within agreed timelines.
- Revise designs based on internal or client feedback.
- Maintain quality, accuracy, and consistency across all visual outputs.
- Follow internal workflows, approval processes, and content schedules.
- Safely manage and archive creative and design files.
