Nile Development Service (NDS) invites fresh graduates for the following Intern Positions.

• Location: Addis Ababa (with possible field‑based and remote support)
• Deadline: February 20, 2026
• Duration: 3–12 months depending on position (Digital & Graphic Design Intern: 6–12 months; Hotel Management Intern: 3–6 months; Interior & Exterior Design Intern: 3–6 months)

Job Requirements & Description

Position 1: Digital & Graphic Design Intern

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or final‑year student in Multimedia, IT, Journalism, or related fields
• Skills in graphic design and digital media (Canva, Adobe tools preferred)
• Basic video/audio editing skills are an asset
• Creativity, attention to detail, and interest in health and disability‑inclusive communication
• Good English communication skills (Amharic is an asset)
• Willingness to learn and work in a team

Duration: 6–12 months (with possible extension)

Location: Addis Ababa (with possible field‑based and remote support)

Position 2: Hotel Management Intern

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (or final‑year student) in Hotel Management, Hospitality & Tourism, Business, or related fields
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel)
• Willingness to learn and work flexible hours
• English and Amharic skills preferred

Key Competencies: Customer‑focused attitude, teamwork, professionalism, and strong organizational skills.

Duration: Internship (3–6 months)

Location: Addis Ababa

Position 3: Interior & Exterior Design Intern

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or final‑year student) in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Technology, Fine Arts, or related fields
• Basic knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max)
• Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work on‑site and in a team

Duration: Internship (3–6 months)

Location: Addis Ababa
