Position 1 – Banking Business Manager II
- Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields
- Work Experience: 3 years of banking work experience, of which:
- 2 years as BBO (CSO), Associate Branch Controller (Internal Control Officer I), OR
- 3 years as Junior Branch Controller, Junior CRO, or other equivalent core banking business‑related positions
- Place of Work: Gelemso, Bedessa, Awebere, Harar, Jigjiga & Dire Dawa
Position 2 – Collateral Valuator
- Education: BSc in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Building Engineering, or related fields
- Experience: 4 years of relevant work experience, of which 2 years as Associate Property Valuation Officer or other equivalent related positions

Position 3 – Attorney
- Education: LLB Degree in Law
