Road Engineer
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of road construction management experience.
- Strong knowledge of SATCC road construction standards.
- Proficient in English for daily communication.
- Skilled in MS Word, MS Project, AutoCAD, and related software.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Salary
USD 1,500 – 3,000 per month
Building Engineer
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of building construction experience.
- Ability to independently manage construction sites.
- Strong understanding of building construction processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Salary
USD 1,500 – 2,500 per month
Survey Engineer
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in road or infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in GPS, Total Station, and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Strong ability in volume calculation and drawing preparation.
- Ability to work independently on-site.
Salary
USD 1,000 – 2,000 per month
Senior Contract Engineer
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of construction contract experience.
- Strong expertise in FIDIC contracts and claims management.
- Excellent English communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Steel Structural Engineer
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of road and bridge construction experience.
- Strong knowledge of SATCC Road & Bridge Standards.

Bricklayer Foreman
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a bricklayer.
- Familiar with concrete finishing and on-site casting works.
- Ability to lead construction teams independently.
- Strong site coordination skills.

Construction Machinery Maintenance Technician
Requirements
- Age 25–45, physically fit for overseas work.
- Minimum 5 years experience in construction machinery maintenance.
- Certified in electrical or hydraulic equipment maintenance.
- Ability to work under emergency conditions.
- Basic English or Swahili is an advantage.
Salary
USD 800 – 1,200 per month
Grader Operator
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of motor grader operation experience.
- Strong skills in leveling and fine trimming.
- Familiar with construction drawings and leveling control.
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork spirit.
