Job Requirements & Description
1. የደንበኞች ቅሬታ አስተዳዳሪ (Customer Complaint Management)
Education: በማርኬቲንግ፣ በቢዝነስ አስተዳደር፣ በኮሙኒኬሽን ወይም በተያያዥ ዘርፎች የመጀመሪያ ዲግሪ ወይም ዲፕሎማ ያላት።
- Required Skills: የደንበኞችን ቅሬታ በትዕግስት የማስተናገድ፣ የመግባባት እና መፍትሄ የመስጠት ብቃት።
- Work Experience: 1 ዓመት እና ከዚያ በላይ
- Salary: በስምምነት
2. ግራፊክስ ዲዛይነር (Graphics Designer)
Education: በግራፊክስ ዲዛይን፣ በኮምፒውተር ሳይንስ ወይም በተያያዥ የቴክኒክ ትምህርት የሰለጠነች።
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other design software.
- Work Experience: 6 ወር እና ከዚያ በላይ
- Salary: በስምምነት
