Job Requirements & Description
Position 1: Senior District‑IFB Business Banking Officer
- Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Accounting, Economics or equivalent with one year experience as District‑IFB Business Banking Officer – I or equivalents.
- Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles pertaining to Interest Free Banking Operation is required.
- Place of work: Hawassa District Office
Position 2: Branch Manager IV‑IFB
- Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; a minimum of 3 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry with at least one year experience as Business Manager II‑IFB or Business Manager III‑IFB or equivalents.
- Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles pertaining to Interest Free Banking Operation is required.
- Place of work: Worabe Branch
Position 3: Branch Manager – IV
- Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; a minimum of 3 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry with at least one year experience as Business Manager II or Business Manager III or equivalents.
- Place of work: Shashemene‑Oda & Monopol‑Hawassa Branches; Werka & Kobo Hararghe Branches.
Position 4: Branch Manager III
- Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; a minimum of 4 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry with at least one year experience as Branch Manager – IV or Business Manager I or equivalents.
- Place of work: Jinka Branch
