Job Requirements & Description
Job Position – 1 Senior District-IFB Business Banking Officer
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Accounting, Economics or equivalent with one year experience as District-IFB Business Banking Officer – I or equivalents.
- Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles pertaining to Interest Free Banking Operation is required
- Salary: As per the Bank’s Scale
- Place of work: Hawassa District Office
Job Position – 2 Branch Manager IV-IFB
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related fields a minimum of 3 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry with at least one year experience as Business Manager II-IFB or Business Manager III-IFB or equivalents.
- Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles pertaining to Interest Free Banking Operation is required

Job Position – 3 Branch Manager – IV
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related fields a minimum of 3 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry with at least one year experience as Business Manager II or Business Manager III or equivalents.
- Salary: As per the Bank’s Scale
- Place of work: Shashemene-Oda & Monopol-Hawassa Branches; Werka & Kobo Hararghe Branches.
Job Position – 4 Branch Manager III
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related fields a minimum of 4 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry with at least one year experience as Branch Manager -IV or Business Manager I or equivalents.
- Salary: As per the Bank’s Scale
- Place of work: Jinka Branch
