Front Office Receptionist

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Diploma or BA Degree in Secretarial Science and Office Management with 4- or 2-years respectively relevant work experience
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands‑on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Sales Executive Officer

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience: 5-10 years’ experience in Sales preferably within the construction or steel industry
  • Fluent in English (all basic skills) with effective written and verbal communication abilities
  • Highly disciplined, ethical behavior, and a calculated risk taker
  • Strong negotiator, self‑motivated, and target‑oriented
  • Leadership skills and the ability to handle complex marketing/selling issues
