Front Office Receptionist
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Diploma or BA Degree in Secretarial Science and Office Management with 4- or 2-years respectively relevant work experience
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands‑on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Sales Executive Officer
Required Qualifications and Experience

- Highly disciplined, ethical behavior, and a calculated risk taker
- Strong negotiator, self‑motivated, and target‑oriented
- Leadership skills and the ability to handle complex marketing/selling issues
