Director – Customer Services & Client Experience

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
  • Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Leadership, or similar discipline is highly preferred
  • Experience: 10-15 years of progressive experience, with significant exposure to senior customer‑facing leadership roles, managing complex, emotionally charged customer situations, cross‑functional coordination and problem resolution
  • Demonstrated strength in people management and conflict resolution, persuasion, negotiation, and expectation management, working closely with senior executives on sensitive matters
  • Prior experience in real estate, construction, infrastructure, or similar sectors is a strong advantage
