Required Qualifications and Experience
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience preferable in MFI or Banks, with at least 1 years of experience in managerial level.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Be licensed to practice law in Ethiopia;
- Have demonstrated experience advising financial institutions or microfinance institutions;

- Assign senior legal professionals to the engagement;
- Provide references from similar engagements.
Requirement Skill
- Proven experience in conducting similar policy reviews or legal assessments
