Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and assign vehicles based on transport requests
  • Monitor truck movements and delivery schedules
  • Maintain accurate dispatch and trip records
  • Communicate with drivers to ensure timely loading and unloading
  • Coordinate with maintenance and fuel teams when needed
  • Report operational issues to the division head
