1. Field Level Project Coordinator
- Relevant academic background in Social Work, Sociology, Development Studies, Disaster Risk Management, or a related field.
- Coordinate and oversee project activities at the community level, ensuring alignment with PAD’s strategic objectives.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement, manage local partnerships, and support capacity‑building initiatives.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, reporting progress to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with donor requirements and organizational policies.
2. Field Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting, and Learning (MERL) Officer
- Academic qualification in Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related discipline.
- Design and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess project effectiveness.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, learning briefs, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with field teams to integrate learning into program design and delivery.
