1. Driver
- Valid Ethiopian driving license.
- Responsible for safe transportation of staff, equipment, and materials to project sites.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform routine checks, and ensure compliance with road safety regulations.
- Assist with logistical coordination for field visits and community outreach activities.
2. Senior Project Officer II – Gender, Youth, and Social Inclusiveness & Safeguarding
- Academic background in Gender Studies, Sociology, Social Work, Social Anthropology, or related fields.
- Design, implement, and monitor gender‑responsive and youth‑focused interventions within agricultural projects.
- Conduct social inclusion assessments, safeguard vulnerable groups, and ensure compliance with national and donor safeguarding standards.
- Provide technical guidance to project teams, produce analytical reports, and facilitate stakeholder engagement workshops.
- Collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, and community leaders to promote equitable access to agricultural resources.
