Job Requirements & Description
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: BA degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management from any recognized college/university
- Preferably experienced in an import/export company
- Proficient in Ms-Word & Ms-Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Preparation of bank permits, invoices and packing list for import and export shipment.
- Maintain communication with other logistic departments, airlines, banks and governmental offices.
- Lead all logistics and operations department
- Arrange sales contracts, shipment schedules, documentations
- Communicate with international buyers and suppliers about shipment schedules and shipment status, so all documents and shipments are performed properly
- Interact with third party logistics service providers.
- Audit freight cost and documentation.
- Ensure all payments are processed in time.
- Create packing lists and update shipment information in database.
- Organize files both manually and electronically.
- Monitor and facilitate repair orders.
- Coordinate deliveries.
- Ensure that all documents are delivered to the customer and the airlines.
- Flight booking and following
- Other duties assigned by the department or the organization.
- Assist sisters companies and other departments as needed
- Prepare annual quarterly work plan and report the work progress on a weekly
