Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Certificate or Diploma
- Previous experience working with children is an advantage
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Patient, attentive, and child-centered attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and school procedures
- Basic knowledge of child safety and hygiene practices
Key Responsibilities
- Support the teacher during lessons, activities, and playtime
- Assist children with learning tasks, routines, and transitions
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities
- Support children’s social, emotional, and behavioral development
- Assist with preparation of learning materials and displays
- Help with meals, hygiene routines, and rest times (as age-appropriate)
- Observe and report any concerns related to children’s well-being or safety
- Maintain professional boundaries and follow school policies at all times
- Work collaboratively with teachers and staff
