Job Requirements & Description
Qualifications: BSc or B.A degree in civil engineering, chemical engineering and in marketing and sales 0 years of experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic understanding of sales and customer service principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work in a team.
Willingness to travel locally for client visits and site inspections.
Preferred (but not required): Internship or part-time experience in sales, retail, or customer service. Interest in construction materials, chemistry, or engineering.
Graduate Sales Intern will gain hands‑on experience in B2B and B2C sales within the construction sector. This role is designed to develop future sales talent by providing exposure to technical product knowledge, customer relationship management, market research, and field sales operations.
The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and a willingness to learn. Candidate who demonstrate strong potential during the internship contract will be given the opportunity to work with our company on permanent employment opportunity.
