Typical duties: Diagnose and repair mechanical issues, oversee workshop operations, mentor junior technicians, and ensure compliance with safety standards. - Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
Requirements: Degree in Agricultural Economics, Economics, Natural Resources, Statistics, or a related field.
Typical duties: Design M&E frameworks, collect and analyze data, produce performance reports, and support evidence‑based decision making for agricultural and development programs. - Human Development Department Head
Requirements: Background in Sociology, Social Work, Development Studies, or a related discipline.
Typical duties: Lead the Human Development unit, develop strategic plans, supervise project implementation, manage budgets, and liaise with partners and donors. - Project Administrator
Requirements: Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
