Job Requirements & Description
Branch Manager (Addis Ababa Branch)
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or other related fields of studies.
- Required Experience: Minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience at a Bank out of which One (1) Year as Customer Services Manager or equivalent role.

- Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to distribute sales targets and production goals to staffers and manage achievement

Customer Service Officer I (Assosa Branch)
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or related fields of studies.
- Experience Requirement: Minimum of 1 (One) Years relevant experience in a Bank.
- Competencies Required:
- Understands the basic mechanisms of general financial products and services.
- Good knowledge of Bank’s accounting and procedures.
- Ability to respond to basic client inquiries and instructions and the capability of advising and resolving most issues and requests.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office and good command of the core banking system.
