Qualifications:
- 2–5 years accounting experience in travel agency (IATA preferred)
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proficient in QuickBooks, SAP, Sage & MS Excel
- Knowledge of IATA Easy Pay & travel regulations
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and deadline-driven
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile BSP sales reports & airline invoices; manage refunds/exchanges
- Maintain records, process payments, track commissions
- Prepare daily, monthly, & annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with IATA, tax, and local laws
- Monitor cash flow, bank statements, & sub-agent transactions
