Job Requirements & Description

Required Qualifications and Experience

Education: Applicants must hold a BA Degree in one of the following or related fields:

  • Accounting
  • Management
  • Banking & Finance
  • Economics

Work Experience: 0–1 year of relevant banking experience. Experience should be related to Customer Service Officer positions.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Good oral communication skills
  • Customer handling ability
  • Analytical skills
  • Basic computer operation skills
