Job Requirements & Description
Finance Officer/Accountant
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA) in accounting and/or Finance.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in a non-profit organization, preferably an INGO.
- Knowledge and experience in major donors such EU, USAID, UN-Agencies-financed programs and projects is desirable including knowledge of these donor’s requirements.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Amharic languages is mandatory and Oromifa language desirable.
- Excellent computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant accounting software (Peachtree), IPSAS and Excel required.
- Knowledge of internationally acceptable accounting standards and standard office administrative practices and procedures.

Information Technology (IT) Officer
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in an IT support or systems administration role. Experience working within an NGO or non-profit environment is highly advantageous.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10, Windows Server).
- Proficiency in managing office productivity suites like Microsoft 365 or Google
