Job Requirements & Description
Position 1: Junior Cashier Accountant
- Education Qualification: A minimum of BA, Degree in Accounting and Finance related field of studies from recognized higher learning institution
- Work Experience: 1 year experience is required
- Special Requirement: Good Competency in MS office
- Job Grade: VIII
- Salary and Benefits: as per the company’s salary scale
- Duty Station: Debre Birhan Branch
Position 2: System Administrator II
- Education Qualification: A minimum of BSC/MSC Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field of studies from a recognized higher learning institution.
- Work Experience: Must have a minimum 5 years work experience out of which at least 3 Successive years of work Experience in middle level system Administrator role.
- Special Requirement: MCSA/MCSP Certification and hands on experience on Windows Server 2016/2019 /2022 Administration. At least 2 years of experience on core insurance system is highly advantageous.

Position 3: Senior System Administrator
- Education Qualification: A minimum of BSC/MSC Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field of studies from a recognized higher learning institution.
- Work Experience: Must have a minimum 5 years work experience out of which at least 3 Successive years of work Experience in middle level system Administrator role.

Position 4: Senior Legal Advisor And Commision Agents Coordinator
- Education Qualification: A minimum of LLB Degree in Business Low, Corporate low or related field of studies from a recognized higher learning institution
- Work Experience: Must have a minimum 5 years work experience out of which at least 3 Successive years of work Experience in middle level role
- Special Requirement: Good Competency in MS office
- Job Grade: VIII
- Salary and Benefits: as per the company’s salary scale
- Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Head Office & Recovery Wreck Yard
Position 5: Life Business Department Director
- Education Qualification: A minimum of BA/MA/MSC Degree in Management, Accounting and Finance, Business, Leadership, Marketing Management, Business Administration or related field of studies from recognized higher learning institution
- Work Experience: Must have a minimum of 10/8 years of experience for BA and Master Degree holders respectively out of which at least 7 years experience for BA holders and 5 years work experience for Master Degree holders as Division Manager
- Special Requirement: Loma Certification and Good Competency in MS office is Required
- Job Grade: XIV
- Salary and Benefits: as per the company’s salary scale
