Job Requirements & Description
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: BA Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
- Strong knowledge of Ethiopian labor law.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
Language Requirement
- Fluency in Afaan Oromo is mandatory.
- Amharic and/or English proficiency.
Job Summary
The Factory HR Manager is responsible for managing all human resource functions within the factory. The role ensures effective workforce planning, employee relations management, compliance with Ethiopian labor law, and alignment of HR systems with production operations and corporate policies.
