Job Requirements & Description

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Management (hotel experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and credit control procedures.
  • Experience with accounting software and PMS systems.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all Accounts Receivable and City Ledger functions.
  • Review and approve credit applications for corporate clients.
  • Monitor customer credit limits and outstanding balances.
  • Prepare and review aging reports regularly.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and reduce bad debts.
  • Reconcile guest ledger and city ledger accounts.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Front Office, and Reservation teams regarding billing issues.
  • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies.
  • Prepare monthly receivable reports for management.
  • Maintain strong internal control procedures.
  • Supervise and guide Accounts Receivable staff (if applicable).
