Job Requirements & Description
Job Position 1: Junior Accountant
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates can apply).
- Basic knowledge of accounting and Ethiopian tax regulations.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accounting records.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
- Support bank, receivable, and payable reconciliations.
- Assist with VAT, withholding tax, and payroll tax documentation.
- Support month-end closing activities.
- Help process payroll and statutory payments.
- Record and monitor inventory transactions with the warehouse team.
- Prepare documents required for audits.

Job Position 2: Accountant
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of Ethiopian tax laws and accounting regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Key Expectations
- High ownership and accountability for assigned accounting areas.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to collaborate closely with warehouse and operations teams.
