Milk Truck Driver
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: High school Completion or equivalent with 2 years of relevant Experience.
- Grade 1 driving Licensee
- Valid driver’s license with tanker endorsements.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to operate a refrigerated truck.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Milk truck to transport cold milk to designated Factory location.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Load and unload Milk to and from the vehicle, using appropriate equipment as needed.
- Ensure that all deliveries are completed in a timely and efficient manner, following established delivery schedules.
- Communicate with dispatch (MCPs) and other team members to ensure that all deliveries are completed as planned.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including Volume of Milk, mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery times.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including those related to the handling of raw milk.
- Ensure that the vehicle is always clean and well-maintained.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Have the responsibility to report problem(s) with regards to the FSMS to identified person(s).

- Experience: 1-2 years’ Experience in sales and operations
