Job Requirements & Description
Job Position 1: Senior Customer Service Specialist (IFB)
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Education: BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, or any other related fields with 1.5 years of experience in banking operations, of which at least 6 months must be in a Customer Service Specialist (CSS) position.
Job Position 2: Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Education: BA in Marketing and Communication, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Economics, or any other related fields with 3.5 years of experience in relevant fields, preferably in the banking industry.
Job Position 3: Branch Manager Grade C
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Education: MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or any other related fields with 6.5 years of experience in the banking industry; OR a BA in the same fields with 8.5 years of experience in the banking industry, of which 2 years must be as a Customer Services Manager Grade B or 3 years as a Branch Accounts Administrator Grade A.
