Job Requirements & Description
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Finance Manager roles, mainly in Import and Export and Manufacturing companies.
Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and reporting.
Experience with accounting software and financial systems.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Strong understanding of tax regulations and financial compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- Monitor company cash flow, expenses, and financial performance.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Manage budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Supervise accounting staff and ensure accurate financial records.
- Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to management.
