Kadisco General Hospital is the sister company of one of the leading paint manufacturing company Kadisco chemical industry, Kadisco group and SMATARA forwarding company. After a long exhausting period of planning and preparation, KADISCO general hospital was inaugurate on May 1 2007, and commenced to render its services promptly.
Its objectives are mainly oriented to secure the societies health through modern preventive and diagnostic health practices. The hospital building is erected and stretched on a wide flat area in the Gerji region commonly known as 46 mazorya.

Job Requirements & Description
Position 1: Junior HR and Administration Officer
- Education – BA in Management, HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience – 0 Years (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Problem Solving – Ability to handle logistical “hiccups” in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Learning Agility – Capacity to quickly master HR software and healthcare administrative protocols.
- Communication – Fluent in Amharic and English (written and spoken).
- Tech Savvy – Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Position 2: Junior Biomedical Engineer
- Education – BSc Degree in Biomedical Engineering from a recognized University.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates with strong internship records are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills – Basic knowledge of medical equipment maintenance (Oxygen Plant, ICU, Laboratory, and Imaging).
- Ability to troubleshoot electronic and mechanical faults.
- Familiarity with Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) standards.
- Soft Skills – Strong analytical thinking, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication skills for staff training.
- License – Must possess a valid professional license from the relevant regulatory authority.
